Is the advertising budget included?

No. The monthly fee covers our service. Your ad budget is separate and paid directly to Meta. We discuss an appropriate starting budget during the introductory call.

Do you manage social media posts or messages?

The service covers paid advertising on Facebook and Instagram. Organic social media management, filming and responding to customer messages are outside the scope. Your team handles inquiries and follow-up.

What do you need from my business?

Information about your services, location, offer and goals, plus business assets such as your logo, photos and videos. We also arrange the account permissions required to run campaigns.

Do you guarantee leads or sales?

No fixed number of leads or sales is guaranteed. Performance depends on your offer, market, budget and follow-up. We test, monitor and optimize campaigns, and report the results.

Can you work with my existing ad account?

Yes. We can review your existing setup and arrange access to the assets needed for campaign management.

What happens on the introductory call?

We discuss your business, service area, advertising goal and budget. It is a chance to see whether the service fits before moving forward.
